Jennifer Barber is the Chief Financial Officer of Hydrogenics Corporation. She is responsible for Hydrogenics' overall financial management, ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting, in addition to Hydrogenics' investor relations activities.

Jennifer joined Hydrogenics through the acquisition of Stuart Energy in January, 2005, and was appointed Vice President, Finance & Corporate Controller in May, 2005. She was promoted to CFO in July, 2011. Hired by Stuart Energy in 2001, Jennifer served there as Director, Corporate Finance from 2003 through 2004.

Prior to that she was their Controller. Jennifer worked at PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP from 1997 to 2001 and received her Institute of Chartered Accountant accreditation in 2000.
