4. Jennifer Barber, Vice President, Finance & Corporate Controller

Jennifer Barber joined Hydrogenics through the acquisition of Stuart Energy in January, 2005, and was appointed Vice President, Finance & Corporate Controller in May, 2005. After taking on this position, Jennifer led the Finance team through a full range of financial consolidations arising from the Stuart acquisition, with the added responsibility of integrating Sarbanes-Oxley financial reporting requirements into all of the company's financial processes and procedures.

Hired by Stuart Energy in 2001, Jennifer served there as Director, Corporate Finance from 2003 through 2004. Prior to that she was their Controller. Jennifer worked at PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP from 1997 to 2001 and received her Institute of Chartered Accountant accreditation in 2000.
