Henry J. Gnacke Mr. Gnacke joined our Board of Directors in May 2008.

He is currently a Senior Director at OHorizons LLC. , a corporate advisory firm, specializing in acquisitions, manufacturing and retail.

Formerly, Mr. Gnacke was the Executive Director, Global Purchasing Supply Chain at General Motors Corporation. He was responsible for Alternative Propulsion Technologies and specifically Fuel Cell propulsion and storage systems. Mr. Gnacke has over 30 years of experience and has held numerous positions at General Motors Corporation, including several international assignments in the Middle East, Asia and Europe.

Mr. Gnacke is the nominee of General Motors Corporation in connection with our strategic alliance with General Motors Corporation. He is currently working toward his his C. Dir designation. Mr. Gnacke resides in Michigan, U.S.A.
