Hydrogenics Announces Upcoming Investor Events
Hydrogenics will participate in the following events during May and June, 2017:
Hydrogenics has entered into a subscription agreement with Fuzhou Bonded Zone Hejili Equity Investment Limited Partnership (“Hejili”) to issue 2,682,742 common shares of Hydrogenics to Hejili on a private placement basis, for gross proceeds to Hydrogenics of US$21,000,000 (the “Private Placement”) or approximately US$7.83 per common share.
Hydrogenics will host a conference call at 1:00 p.m. Eastern on May 12, 2017 to review the fiscal first quarter ended March 31, 2017, following the Company’s Annual Shareholder Meeting at 10 a.m. that same day.

Hydrogenics has been awarded a contract by Doosan Babcock Limited to install two of its HySTAT®100 electrolyzers, along with compression and storage equipment, at the new Aberdeen Exhibition and Conference Centre (“AECC”) in Aberdeen, Scotland
Hydrogenics has entered into an agreement with Wind to Gas Südermarsch GmbH & Co. KG in Germany to deliver a 2.4 megawatt PEM Power-to-Gas system for hydrogen production.
